Before you even begin weightlifting and working out we will meet and have an initial consultation going over your goals and what you hope to gain from this class! Since the class size is small you’ll receive personal attention and a workout catered to your specific needs at an affordable price.During this class we'll go over mobility, moving your body in a way to avoid injury, develop strength using a combination of weightlifting, resistance bands and body weight exercises and conditioning to bring up the heart rate and build endurance.  This class is for all levels and good for people looking to build community.
