Roseanne Whyte
Roseann has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years and found that approximately 80%— that’s 80 cents of every dollar—spent on healthcare in this country is expended on treatment of a preventable disease. That is, it’s spent on treatment of disease that is rooted in behavioral or lifestyle choices.
Having this knowledge, Roseann decided to do something to help prevent illness and injury. So, 14 years ago, she became a certified personal trainer to help people make better choices regarding exercise and diet.
Roseann’s focus is to work with employers and individuals to develop wellness programs.
Roseanne loves working with people. "if I can change one person’s life then I will consider myself successful,” she says. “Having worked out most of my life, I know what it takes to stay healthy and fit. Hopefully, I can pass some of that knowledge on to others."
