At HEAT Club, Small Group Strength Training is a comprehensive program that focuses on building functional strength and mobility through weight-bearing exercises. Our small class sizes allow us to provide a more personalized coaching experience than large group classes, reducing the risk of injury and ensuring proper pace and technique. Personal training and group fitness each have their benefits, and with our Small Group Strength program, we maximize those benefits. We call it a team approach to personal training.
