Yoga

Yoga with Liz: Adaptable classes for any physique or skill-level.

As a physical therapist, Liz is trained to assess your body in each pose and help you find whatever variation is best for you. Our small class settings allows her to give each student enough attention to feel like they’ve left having learned something new. 

 

New to yoga? Just bring yourself in and we’ll get you started!

Schedule

 

Monday: 

6:45 am Morning Slow Flow: Wake up with a 5 minute session of breathwork and grounding before a fluid practice that will un-kink stiff necks and backs to get you ready for the day ahead!

 

8 am Morning Vinyasa Flow: Start your day with a whole-body flow that will focus on warming up muscles, improving mobility, increasing body awareness and putting a smile on your face. 

 

530 pm Power Flow: For those of you looking to sweat: come work hard with us with this faster-paced class that will have you feeling the burn (can be adapted for any level)!

 

6:45 pm Rockin’ Flow: Liz’s favorite. Less focus on perfect form so that we can just move joyfully for an hour. Come ready to jam!

 

Tuesday:

6:45 am Morning Slow Flow

530 pm Power Flow

6:45 pm Wind-Down Yoga and Meditation: You’ve had a long day, treat yourself to some TLC to ease you into your evening. We’ll start with a gentle vinyasa flow to work off any remaining tension, then we will melt into some stretches. We’ll end with a meditation to send you home relaxed. 

 

Wednesday:

6:45 am Morning Slow Flow

6:45 pm Wind-Down Yoga and Meditation

 

Thursday: 

6:45 am Morning Slow Flow

8 am Morning Vinyasa Flow

10 am Morning Vinyasa Flow

12 pm Vin and Yin Flow: 30 minutes of vinyasa flow followed by 30 minutes of longer-held stretches. Perfect to get you over the midday lull. 

5:30 Power Flow

6:45 pm Wind-Down Yoga and Meditation

 

Friday:

6:45 am Morning Slow Flow

8 am Morning Vinyasa Flow

12 pm Vin and Yin Flow
